I used Steve for my end of lease carpet cleaning. He was very thorough, inspecting the carpets for stains before he started, asking questions so he knew the most suitable treatment to get the stains out without damaging the carpet fibres.
Many of the stains were from the previous tenants, but by the time Steve was done, the carpets looked almost brand new. He also didn't leave the carpets soaked, so there was no damp smell for the new tenants to contend with!
He also put me in touch with a wonderful pest controller for the required flea treatment.
Highly recommend Steve and won't use anyone else now that I've seen what a highly trained professional can do!
Steve came out and cleaned my carpets a few days ago.
Can not recommend him enough. the carpets were really old and marked and he brought them back to life.

Steve came with a few days of my initial enquiry to clean our 10yr old sofa & ottemen, as well as a huge rug that we had no idea what it was made of. The sofa looked brand new, so much so it was sold that same evening and now with its new family. The rug...well that looked so good we decided not to sell that and have kept it! He was professional, clean and tidy and answered all our questions. Will have Steve back to clean our last sofa set & carpets in a couple of months when we move into our new home. Can't recommend him highly enough.
Steve has just cleaned all our polished porcelain tiled areas to our new home and they have come up fantastic! The marked grout looks new again floors were shinny and the house smelt lovely after the clean. Can highly recommend and will be using Steve again 💗 thanks Steve!
Highly recommend Steve and Golden Carpet Cleaning, he rescued my lounge and theater carpets after toddler projectile vomit took over! My house smells so much better and the couch and carpet has come up brand new, so thankful for his prompt response to my quote and availability enquiry.

They go out of their way to make sure everything is clean to how you like it. I have shiny tiles that can be pain when comes to products. but lovely Rhiannon worked with me to find the best product.. I love that I can go out and come home to a beautiful clean fresh home.
